At KnotResolved, most of our products are made-to-order specifically for you. This intentional production process helps reduce waste and allows us to create unique, meaningful pieces for every order.
Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing selections, change of mind, or shipping delays outside of our control.
Please review all product details, sizing information, and order information carefully before purchasing.
Because swimwear is considered a personal-use item, all swimwear purchases are final sale for hygiene and quality-control reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear once an order has been processed. Please review sizing details carefully before purchasing. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@knotresolved.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A clear photo of the item and it's packaging
If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund for eligible items.
STORE CREDIT
In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion. We genuinely want our customers to feel happy with their experience and will always do our best to make things right whenever reasonably possible.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because orders are processed quickly after purchase, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once an order has been placed.
